Shipping and Returns

How will my product be shipped? 

We ship all of our products using either the Swiss Postal System and it’s shipping partners. We are also working with the Swiss courier service DPD 

How much will it cost to ship my product? 

Shipping within Switzerland: We will pack and ship your order within 3 business days. You can expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipping date. 

Shipping and returns within Switzerland are FREE as of CHF 50.

Shipping to the EU: We will pack and ship your order within 3 business days and you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days from shipping date.The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the final weight of the order. The prices for our products are listed without the inclusion of VAT. Customs or import duties as well as handling fees and applicable taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the customer.

EU orders over CHF 550 ship for FREE

Shipping to the USA and Canada: We will pack and ship your order within 3 business days. Your products will be shipped priority shipping and will arrive within 4-8 business days from shipping date. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the final weight of the order. Customs or import duties as well as handling fees and taxes may be charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the customer.

International order over CHF 550 ship for FREE

Depending on size, it could be that we have to ship your products in more than one parcel.

 

How long will it take for my Artha goods to arrive?

Once we receive your order, we will package and ship your goods within 3 – 5 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your product we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can then track your package here: Die Post Track + Trace or DPD Tracking  

If, for some reason, your tracking number does not work, please send us an email: info@arthacollections.com 

My country is not on the list of countries you ship to. What can I do?

If you do not see your country on the list above please send us an email and we will be pleased to provide you with a quotation - info@arthacollections.com 

What about taxes, customs and import duties? How much will I have to pay?

Within Switzerland: The prices for our products are listed in Swiss Francs and include 7.7% VAT. 

Shipping to the EU: Products shipped from Switzerland into the EU are subject to local VAT and may be subject to import duties. These will be collected from you upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Other international destinations: Customs or import duties as well as handling fees and taxes may be charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.  The duties will vary by country and we suggest that you check with your local post office.

What payment methods does Artha accept and is it safe to use my credit card?

We accept payments by VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. These payments are processed through a secure payment system called Stripe.

We also accept payments through PayPal.  

For payments within Switzerland we also accept TWINT

Can I return a product?

Yes you can! Artha Collections aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however items may need to be returned. Returns are to be made within 10  days of receipt by following these simple steps:

  1. Send us an e-mail at info@arthacollections.com with the reason for your return. We welcome all feedback, it helps us improve!
  2. Upon receipt of your e-mail we'll send you a pre-printed address label with instructions as to how to send the package. That's it!
  3. Once we have received and inspected the returned items we will send you an e-mail. This will act as confirmation that a refund has been processed. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for the funds to appear on your account. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  4. Goods are to be returned in an unused, clean condition with all tags attached.

Within Switzerland: Returns within Switzerland are free of charge on orders as of CHF 50.

Germany, EU and International Orders: All postage costs associated with the return are to be covered by the customer.
