This area rug has been hand woven out of the highest quality hand-spun Karakul wool. The high density of wool used in each piece, gives the rugs an incredibly durable and at the same time, luxuriously soft texture. A simple stripe decorates each end and the natural, undyed neutral colors blend effortlessly into any space. Comfort underfoot is guaranteed.
Each rug has been handwoven by a single master weaver. Each artisan has the opportunity to determine her own work hours, allowing for work-life balance and flexibility. The entire process from spinning to weaving to knotting is done by hand with incredible care, dedication, and time.

Delivery
Your rug is hand woven to order uniquely for you. Please allow up to 10-12 weeks for delivery from the time you have placed your order.
Our carpets are made of 100% wool coming from the sturdy breed of Karakul sheep. The lanolin in the wool offers a natural dirt resistant barrier and the reversible carpets need very little care. Vacuum as needed.
